So I'm not much a of a parade person. I think Laron's goal is to get me to the Rose Parade, but it is a hard sell. However, if the Rose Parade was a little more like the Lehi parade I might be a little more game.
Grandma Speirs nursing home is right on the parade route, so we were able to get a great spot in the shade. Yes it was the end of June and Grandma was freezing! 
I like parades that has the following qualities: Easy and shady access, great friends, family friendly and the most important throwing candy.
