So this particular Friday morning, I saw one of our "Summer To Do List," having a free day, with free ice cream. Well of course I couldn't pass up this crazy opportunity so I called my friend that offered to take my kids for the day and talked her into going to This is the Place State Park with me.
We hurried and made a lunch and off we went. It was crazy busy, but since we went last summer and the kids had been there on field trips we thought the free ice cream cone was worth it and a fun place to picnic.

We had to leave early since Ellie had her first practice with her new soccer team. On the way home we hit Sonics for Happy Hour and all had a 50 cent freezie. Can't beat free ice cream and a freezie!
